Denodo allows you to seamlessly create visual widgets that you can import into virtually any portal server:
- Publish any federated data view from the Denodo Platform as a visual widget that allows you to query the view and navigate through the resulting virtual data view.
- Graphically configure the exported widgets for inter-operating with other independently-developed graphical widgets. For instance, imagine you publish a Denodo widget showing information about your customers. You can use your favorite portal server to mashup that widget with an existing map widget, so that whenever you click on one customer in the Denodo widget, the map widget automatically places itself at the customer address.
- Denodo widgets are compliant with the most widely used standards for widget creation and interoperability: they can be exported as a JSR-168/JSR-286 Java Portlets (so you can use them in any JAVA Portal server such as Oracle Portal or JBoss Portal to name a few), as a Microsoft Web Part (so you can use them, for instance, in Microsoft Sharepoint Portal Server) and as a OpenAjax widget (so you can use them in portal servers compliant with the emerging OpenAjax standard.
