Denodo presents its Business Intelligence and Technology Watch solutions to I-Nova and to CEP, Confederación de Empresarios de Pontevedra (Businessmen Association of the Spanish region of Pontevedra).

Manel Regueiro, head of the Business Development Department at Denodo, opened the conference held in the Technology Demonstration Center I-Nova on March 4 with a papper on “Business Intelligence for small and medium-sized companies”. In Vigo, on April 1 Denodo also presented its Technology Watch solutions to CEP.

Denodo pointed out that one of the biggest challenges companies are facing today is to have the ability to extract in the shortest period of time, useful information from the huge amounts of data available in different sources. This requires an increase in the human resources devoted to extraction/integration tasks, if they want to either reduce the response time or leverage the quality and amount of useful information.

Denodo Technologies, through its EII (Enterprise Information Integration) solutions, is capable of extracting, structuring and homogenizing heterogeneous and dispersed information in a totally automatic manner, independently of the number of information sources that have to be dealt with. The immediate effect of these solutions is, on the one hand, the cost savings due to a lower resource usage to seek and extract information and, on the other hand, the reduction of the companyŽs response times against any strategic contingency that could arise in its sector.
