ROSP CORUNNA TAKES A STAKE IN DENODO TECHNOLOGIES

ROSP CORUNNA PARTICIPACIONES EMPRESARIALES S.L., the society which manages Rosalía Mera's investments, takes a stake in DENODO TECHNOLOGIES, S.L., a Galician company devoted to the development and commercialization of information integration software and services.

DENODO technology, which already runs successfully within several Spanish companies, permits efficient and non-intrusive integration of all kinds of heterogeneous and distributed information sources. With light systems it allows rapid deployment of new applications, which access the existing information as if it were a local database.

DENODO´s activity focuses on a product and engineering area which has been identified by analysts and experts as the key to modernizing business information systems, developing telematic services for e-administration and integrating information from the Internet as if it were any other repository integrated into the corporate environment.

The stake of ROSP CORUNNA will make DENODO´s expansion into the US market possible, where the company will open an office in the coming months to start the commercialization of its products.

Once more, ROSP CORUNNA is fully committed to the research and the development of technology in our country and will, consequently become the second shareholder of the company.
