BBVA selects Denodo EII technology for an advanced Technology Watch project to track information in the IT field relevant to the Financial sector.

BBVA R&D Department selects Denodo EII technology for the deployment of an advanced Technology Watch project to track information in the IT field relevant to the Financial sector.
The project includes the deployment of a portal site where information coming from 15 specialised news sites is published. The system includes a tool to support the workflow for news edition and selection. News are exported to Word format.
The system will be able to retrieve information from sources in the XML based RSS format, a new format for syndicating news and the content of news-like sites.
BBVA has chosen Denodo technology mainly due to the ease of maintenance of information sources.
