Denodo Virtual DataPort: it allows the definition
of a unified data model by flexibly combining
the data models of the individual data sources via SQL.
The power of this product lies in the new applications that can
access this unified model by a powerful query language (SQL) as if
it were a local database. To achieve this, it must break each
query into a set of subqueries, launch them in parallel and
integrate the data obtained from the extractors by applying the
relational operations implied with the query.
