### Support

All Agora subscriptions receive Denodo Standard Support with the exception of the free trial, which receives Community (Basic) Support, as described in the [Denodo Support Guide](https://support.denodo.com/doc/denodo_support_guide.pdf).

**PAYGO Subscriptions**

Customers with PAYGO subscriptions receive Denodo Standard Support.

**Prepaid Subscriptions**

Customers with prepaid subscriptions receive Denodo Standard Support. They can upgrade to Premium or Global Support for a price uplift.

### Customer Success

Success Services are included with a subscription based on the type of subscription and the volume of credits purchased.

**PAYGO Subscriptions**

PAYGO subscriptions are not entitled to any Success Services as part of their subscription. A customer with a PAYGO subscription can purchase Success Services packages separately.

**Prepaid Subscriptions**

Prepaid customers are entitled to Denodo Success Services based on the volume of credits that are purchased in their initial subscription (or subsequent renewal) per the [Success Services Guide](/en/document/datasheet/denodo-success-services).
