Job Description

We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to monitor our organization’s functions and build processes that meet our business needs. Responsibilities include performing cost-benefit analyses and handling Incidents as per KPIs. Ultimately, you will ensure that all business functions are in line with our strategic goals. Connect with stakeholders and end users to discuss the requirements and related problems.

You need to work on a variety of tasks in a variety of environments, each with its own business operations. It is critical that you comprehend the users’ workflow, trouble areas, and objectives. Understand each step of the business process from gathering requirements/resources for the project to analysing it and verifying the final product.

Information Technology


Minimum 3+ years of experience.

Minimum 1+ years of experience in Salesforce is Mandatory

Understands business strategy and objectives by studying the business function, gathering information and evaluating output requirements and formats. Elicits and documents functional requirements and test strategies for technical solutions to meet business needs.

Collaborates with other departments, teams, designers and architects to ensure a shared understanding of business model and detailed function requirements.

Responds proactively to both business and project issues and escalates appropriately.

Connect with stakeholders and business partners to discuss the customer requirements and related problems.

Connect with the team of developers for discussion on the technical matters of the Salesforce team, Explain to the Salesforce team the various operations of the Salesforce in different fields.

Effective communication/interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excel & SQL experience and knowledge of systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, ITIL, SAP SuccessFactors is preferred. Other technical experience valued.

Should be flexible with rotational Shifts.
