Job Description

The Opportunity

This role is focused on managing our training  products and platforms and offers assistance to our customers and partners. In this role you will develop, manage  training programs and content that will turn our customers into champions and provide them with the tools and resources

Duties & Responsibilities 

Manage training platforms and develop content for training and workshops. 

  • Update and maintain onboarding paths for all roles on the training platform.

  • Develop course content at a variety of levels and roles in instructor-led, virtual, and recorded formats.

  • Maintain course content in conjunction with applicable new product release functionality.

  • Identify opportunities to improve, update, or customize training materials to meet the needs of the audience.

Handle Internal, Customer and Partners

  • Be able to address and manage a variety of questions from users going through the training courses.

  • Maintain collaborative work with other teams in the organization for allocation of resources.

  • Gather feedback on all training programs from trainees, managers, and instructors

Process Compliance

  • Prepare and execute training & enablement calendar for the month & quarter

  • Establish reporting, compliance, and operational cadence

Experience : 

4+ years of experience in managing training platforms / instructional design for a large organization

3+ years proven strong experience with:

  • video editing software (Camtasia, Pinnacle Studio, Nero, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar);

  • eLearning Authoring tools (Articulate,  Captivate, iSpring, Elucidat or similar) is a must;

  • platform for elearning (Litmos, Talent LMS, Docebo or similar) 

  • online training software (Readytech or similar).

2+ years experience in training and applying curriculum development and instructional design practices and methodologies to support training creation and delivery

Desired Skills : 

  • Strong written communication, presentation and public speaking skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, proofreading, and editing skills

  • Good to have  basic knowledge on HTML, Stylesheets, JavaScript and SQL

  • Flexibility, the ability to work in an agile and changing environment

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and course development methodologies, and understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
