The Opportunity

As Partner Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Global Partner and Channel Sales (PCS) team with operational responsibilities that support both our Partners and our internal PCS managers and enables them to be more efficient and effective in producing partner-sourced revenue. Responsibilities include on-boarding of new partners, providing customer service to existing partners, managing end-to-end partner operations daily tasks such as partner portal access, opportunity registration, partner directory, tier status, reporting, and process improvement projects. Some tasks will have global responsibility, while others may be regionally focused.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Recruitment of Partners: Assist the PCS team on market research and partner research to identify and engage the right target partners; Respond to incoming partner inquiries; Send informational materials and answer questions on Partner Program

  • Onboarding & Customer Service: Once a partner is recruited by PCS manager, manage many of the operational tasks on onboarding the partner through various administrative and enablement stages, including legal, partner portal access and training, profile creation in partner directory, enablement, etc.; Continue to service the partner in their advancement with Denodo.

  • Enablement & Training: Work under the guidance of PCS managers to manage on-demand training & enablement of partners including granting access, reporting, and SFDC logistics, coordinate live enablement and workshops.

  • Opportunity Registrations: Manage and enforce the critical policies and processes related to partner opportunity registrations, approvals, and communications with partner and Finance team, relieving the PCS managers to focus on the business/revenue.

  • On-going quarterly, annual operational tasks such as contract renewals, tier upgrade/downgrades, partner business support, etc.

  • Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze large volumes of data and trends, reconcile and report to management; Create and maintain metrics and KPIs reports on business operations, effectiveness and business impact.

  • Provide administrative support to Partner & Channels leadership teams.

Qualifications

  • Good market research, survey and qualification skills

  • Experience in customer service in a B2B setting for administrative and operational tasks 

  • Experience using SalesForce.com, online marketing, email, survey tools is an added advantage.

  • Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) to provide data-backed analysis leveraging large data sets and experience with reporting and data analysis.

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in high activity, dynamic environment

  • Experience in a similar role in the software or high-growth industry is desired.

  • Expertise in working with cross-functional teams within individuals in remote locations.

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in other languages a plus.
