Job Description

Denodo is looking for a Recruiting and Sourcing Specialist to join our Recruiting team. Talent acquisition is a priority for us. The selected candidate will understand the importance of our challenges and play a significant role in the growth of the company, maintaining a close relationship with all departments to ensure efficiencies and success. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless interview process for each candidate you work with. This is a full-time position, based in our Chennai office.


  • Be the subject matter expert and point of contact relating to job postings, requisitions and pre-hire onboarding workflows.
  •  Source candidates via job boards, networking, university relations and active sourcing.
  •  Screen resumes and update candidates on hiring processes.
  •  Conduct first screening interviews.
  •  Schedule candidate interviews (phone, virtual, onsite, remote) by coordinating with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
  •  Ensure interview feedback is logged by internal hiring teams.
  •  Maintain appropriate, timely tracking of candidates as they move through the recruiting process within the Applicant Tracking System.
  •  Manage communications between applicants, hiring managers and others to keep all parties apprised of the status of each role
  •  Support other recruiting-related administrative tasks as necessary.
  •  Focus on contributing to team success and helping the team win.
  •  Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  •  Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
  •  Manage respective candidate pools to ensure candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Field related degree or equivalent experience
  •  5+ years of HR/Staffing experience in the Software industry.
  •  Recruiting experience across APAC region will be a strong plus.
  •  Self-directed problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization’s reputation and success
  •  Accustomed to multitasking and meeting multiple tight deadlines.
  •  Extremely organized, detail oriented, and a fast learner.
  •  Articulate, proactive and a good written and verbal communication skills.
  •  Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships with Hiring
  • Analytical and process improvement skills.
  • High level of professionalism and an ability to create a trusting, positive and supportive work environment.
  • Ability to work independently but also as part of a small team.
  • Sympathy with and understanding of the world of Software.
