The Opportunity
This position works closely with Partner Programs, Operations, Sales and external Partners to drive a streamlined and value add Partner engagement model, focused on driving Partner productivity. This will include owning, managing and delivering the Partner Engagement model, tools and delivery mechanisms for Denodo.
The primary scope of this position will include:
- Partner Program
- Partner Onboarding across entire Partner Lifecycle
- Partner Tools & Systems engagement
- Partner Portal as a delivery mechanism
- Partner specific, self-service marketing access & engagement
- Package and manage Partner enablement across all Denodo enablement in the Partner Lifecycle
Detailed Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Own Partner Portal Strategy, Design, Management and Content
- Deliver enhanced Partner Portal that Partners will use as a single point of entry, information, content, enablement.
- Define/design how content is presented to Partners – “knit the story together”
- Align with Denodo enablement teams globally (for example Sales Enablement, CSM/PSM) and leverage content and delivery mechanisms
- Define Partner journeys across Partner lifecycle, and drive the delivery of materials, working with teams above
- Define and deliver a self-service Partner engagement model via Partner Portal
- Evaluate current Partner Portal Content
- Align with Partner Ops to define operational plans
- Work with Partner Ops and IT to operationalize and maintain Partner Portal; work to resolve daily issues
- Engage and participate on evaluation and design team for new PRM system.
- Deliver enhanced Partner Portal that Partners will use as a single point of entry, information, content, enablement. This will include collaboration with multiple groups and linkage to other delivery sites (such as Sales Enablement).
- Serve as Point of Contact for Partner Enablement
- Evaluate existing resources for applicability to Partners.
- Work with the functional leads to provide Partner requirements and new content needs for Partner engagement
- Sales enablement
- Product managers
- CSM team
- Creation/Management of engagement paths for Partners to guide them to the most relevant resources based on role
- Monitor currency and applicability of Partner focused resources
- Connect/collaborate regularly to understand the education roadmap and any new offers specific to partners; ensure Partner Sales and Partners are notified/aware
- Manage Partner and Partner Channel Sales Communications
- Establish regular communication strategies and vehicles
- Create templates for delivery
- Work across Product Marketing, Partner Program, Enablement & Operations to identify topics, prepare communications and deliver to Partners and Partner Sales
- Manage Partner related content organization to enable ease of locating and use – both internally and for Partners

Qualifications
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and willingness to build on your strengths
- Proficiency in copyrighting, editing, website design
- 3+ years partner/channel experience
- High level of detail-orientation
- Excellent communication & relationship building skills, both verbal and written
- Competent and confident telephone manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Ability to work with multiple levels of management
- Strong customer service orientation
- Articulate and self-disciplined
- Excellent time-management and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, self-starter who performs with a high sense of urgency
- Resourceful and forward-thinking, with a “can-do” attitude
- Degree from an accredited college or university
- Previous partner/channel experience is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM and CMS software is a plus
