We are looking for Business and Functional Analyst to support and transform the financial infrastructure, collaborating in building the appropriate foundations for scaling the company operations worldwide.
In this position you will be responsible for enabling the accounting and finance team to improve business performance, operational effectiveness and efficiency through the adoption, implementation and evolution of a cloud ERP.
This role will require knowledge of accounting and finance processes and technical background to be able to successfully communicate and partner both with the business and IT team members.

About the Job
The Business / Functional Analyst is well versed with all phases of the system lifecycle, including business process analysis, systems analysis, business process blueprinting, configuration, development, testing, end user training, and go-live activities as well as post go-live system and end user support.
In this position you will work with the team responsible for developing/enhancing cloud ERP system and other applications required to support business systems, providing subject matter expertise for cloud ERP deployment to assure that best practices are implemented and the modules/applications are efficiently and effectively used to realize business value.
Provide expert consulting in cloud ERP system to the finance and operations team to identify and satisfy the business needs.
Partner with business and technical teams to develop strategies and plans for solution design and implementation involving cloud ERP.
Analyze end-to-end complex business processes and information needs of the business functions.
Evaluate and document alternatives that will provide the most effective solutions to business problems.
Prepare requirements document, As-Is, To-Be processes and identify gaps.
Design system processes to bridge the gaps, define prototypes, prepare functional specifications, prepare test plans.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT) and obtain business sign-off.
Develop training documents and conduct training class for global accounting business processes.
Provide support for month end close and post-deployment phase.
Partner closely with project management, application development, and systems infrastructure teams to ensure projects are prioritized correctly and are aligned with objectives.
Communicate progress and status updates on projects to stakeholders and upper management.
Lead the adoption of new technologies for business process improvement.
Contribute towards organizational best practices.
Ability to use simple SQL or other code languages scripting to perform ad hoc data analysis or processing.
Bachelor’s degree in business, management information systems, or computer science.
An excellent understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing), Sales Force Management (Opportunity, Proposal, Sales Orders, Forecasting, territory management and Quotas), Professional Services Management.
Must have ERP and CRM software implementation experience preferred in solutions like NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, Concur...
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in system implementation at a global organization with international operations is a must, preferred if listed in the U.S.
Demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into workable specifications and preparing business process flows.
Analytical, Structure and Methodical with good presentation skills.
Excellent management skills to handle multiple projects and prioritize.
Capacity to be a listener and interpersonal skills to be a team player collaborating in driving decisions.
Technical savvy with curiosity and capacity for continuous learning and have a vision for the future.
