Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and execute cloud marketing programs designed to acquire, nurture, and convert customers on cloud marketplaces.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling messaging and content for each stage of the buyer's journey from awareness through to successful product adoption

  • Work collaboratively with cloud service providers, leveraging their MDF, to devise co-marketing programs and execute them with excellence to generate leads who try Denodo’s Free Trial in their respective marketplaces.

  • Ideate, create, implement and execute digital/online programs/campaigns including nurture / re-engage programs to convert customers who tried the free trial into paid subscription customers. 

  • Help guide the building of target lists in Salesforce.com for digital/online campaigns.

  • Help guide email marketing strategy - automations, nurture campaigns, segmentation, re-engage campaigns, analytics/reporting

  • Collaborate with design and digital teams for development of different elements required by the campaigns including production of imagery, design, and build of emails, landing pages, banners, and other creative materials.   

  • Collaborate with product marketing to develop messaging aligned to target audience for key campaign assets including content, outbound emails, nurtures, social media posts, etc.

  • Establish key success metrics, and regularly track, report, and optimize ongoing marketing efforts for presentation to key stakeholders.

  • Track performance and manage quality of all aspects of campaigns, including campaign set-up, asset review and creation, email and social media copy preparation and promotion.

  • Other duties as assigned to support corporate events & digital campaigns / initiatives.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree with 7+ years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing and demand generation in a B2B software company, focused in online/digital demand generation (including paid social media & email marketing).

  • Experience marketing with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform is a plus.

  • Hands-on experience with a solid track record of creating, deploying, and optimizing complex automated marketing campaigns.

  • Minimum 3 years of Salesforce and marketing automation platform (Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua) experience. 

  • A passion for data segmentation, analytics, and solving user problems.

  • Sharp attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills to execute and report on multiple marketing campaigns at the same time.

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and high energy environment.

  • A self-starter with the ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, able to work in ambiguous situations and define a path to resolution, proven track record to think strategically and execute methodically, and experience interpreting data leading to actionable business recommendations

  • A great communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • A positive attitude and the willingness to participate in hands-on execution for all types of tasks related to cloud programs.
