Flex Manufacturing faced challenges with its outdated, on-premises data platform and recognized the need for a transformation toward a more modern, cloud-based data infrastructure. Additionally, Flex aimed to create innovative strategies for data engineering pipeline testing, enhancing data handling, agility, and overall performance.

To achieve these goals, Trace3 was brought in. They embarked on a multi-year journey, designing and implementing a technical architecture, data governance model, and operating framework. As part of their thought leadership, Trace3 assisted with evaluations and product implementation across various components of the modern data stack. Flex also sought support in establishing a Data Center of Excellence and an enterprise-wide data strategy.
