The MAV Technology Conference is a 3-day event that explores the role of local government in a post-COVID world. This year’s program will explore how councils are adapting to better serve communities following this significant disruption, with a focus on the future and customer and employee experience. Topics will include emerging technologies, data ethics, data governance, customer and employee experience, cyber security, collaborative ways of working, access, equity and diversity – and navigating the massive cultural change that all this will bring. The event opens with a Welcome Reception, followed by a two-day Conference and Trade Exhibition, and closes with the Awards for Excellence Dinner.
