Carin Velthausz, Manager Data Delivery and Richard van der Haag, Data Architect both from ABN AMRO Verzekeringen (AAV) will share their experiences of developing and implementing a data strategy to make ABN AMRO Verzekeringen more data-driven. The audience will get a glimpse of the major steps throughout the implementation process like building the proof of concept, learnings from the Nationale Nederlanden (NN), and leveraging the external information sources like seminars and courses, and ultimately developing the new data architecture. The session will also touch upon the importance of the DMBOK (Data Management Body of Knowledge) and the role data virtualization and the Denodo Platform has played in supporting the transition to this new data architecture.
