The theme of this year’s conference, “Data as a Weapons System: Revolutionizing Intelligence,” underscores the importance of accelerating DIA’s transformation into a data-centric organization in order to achieve mission success in the 21st century. We need data to be discoverable by both people and machines. Data discovery must be intuitive and it must allow for rapid use and exploitation using automated processes, artificial intelligence and machine learning.
