Support
All Agora subscriptions receive Denodo Standard Support with the exception of the free trial, which will receive Community Support.
PAYGO Subscriptions
Customers with PAYGO subscriptions receive Denodo Standard Support.
Prepaid Subscriptions
Customers with prepaid subscriptions receive Denodo Standard Support. They can upgrade to Premium or Global Support for a price uplift.
Customer Success
Success Services are included with a subscription based on the type of subscription and the volume of credits purchased.
PAYGO Subscriptions
PAYGO subscriptions are not entitled to any Success Services as part of their subscription. A customer with a PAYGO subscription can purchase Success Services packages separately.
Prepaid Subscriptions
Prepaid customers are entitled to Denodo Success Services based on the volume of credits that are purchased in their initial subscription (or subsequent renewal) per the Success Services Guide.
