Denodo is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the marketing team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave [TBD: 6–9 months].The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the ongoing execution and optimization of marketing operations. This role requires someone who can quickly get up to speed and contribute effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally across Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Business Operations, and Accounting & Finance teams, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.
Job Responsibilities & Duties
- Process marketing leads in Salesforce.com (SFDC) in a timely manner, ensuring all data is complete and accurate.
- Assist as a point of contact between the Marketing and Finance teams, supporting purchase order creation and expense tracking.
- Support the maintenance and accuracy of the marketing expense control dashboard and budget tracking.
- Coordinate with the Legal team to ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping of contracts.
- Support daily administrative tasks to help the Marketing department run smoothly.
Desired Skill & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required (BBA Marketing or similar).
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or marketing operations preferred, ideally in a global environment.
- Ability to quickly adapt, learn new systems, and operate effectively in a short-term role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong quantitative aptitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of financial processes or accounting is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, high-activity environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work on time.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a B2B technology company is a plus.
