MFEC Co., Ltd. was registered and established on March 3, 1997 with an initial registered capital of 10 million baht, consisting of 1 million ordinary shares with a par value of 10 baht per share. The company developed and installed the internal network connection system (Intranet) in both Bangkok and other provinces. This was the first time in Thailand that the company developed and implemented the Intranet system within a large organization. With the vision of the executives in conducting business, the company was appointed as an official distributor of products from world-class leading companies.
