Singapore, 30 October 2025 – Denodo, a leader in data management, signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with ST Engineering Mission Software Systems, a company of global technology, defence and engineering group ST Engineering, to jointly advance data science and artificial intelligence (DSAI) technologies. The signing took place during ST Engineering’s flagship event, InnoTech Conference 2025, on 4 September 2025.
Denodo’s Vice President and General Manager of APAC, Richard Jones, and Executive Vice President and Head of ST Engineering Mission Software Systems, Percival Goh, were the signatories.
Denodo and ST Engineering Mission Software Systems will work hand-in-hand to expand overall value delivery to customers in government and commercial sectors. Both parties will engage in knowledge sharing, technical collaboration as well as the joint development and delivery of services.

Denodo will support system and platform integration of DSAI capabilities, co-develop prototypes or proof-of-concepts, assess progress and uncover new opportunities, while ST Engineering Mission Software Systems will support development and operationalisation efforts, participation in early-stage pilot projects to enable seamless transitions to full-scale implementation.
This collaboration underscores a shared vision to accelerate AI adoption and operational intelligence in fast-evolving digital landscapes, delivering greater efficiency, insight and agility to customers.
