Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Technical-Functional Consultant with a minimum of 6 years of experience as Business Analyst and in Salesforce development, and functional analysis. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical team, working with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into Salesforce technical solutions.
  • Frequent discussion with the business to ensure the proper transition of business requirements into JIRA tickets.
  • Maintain JIRA board for the effective Project Management.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce (Sales Cloud).
  • Develop Flows, apex classes, triggers as per the business needs.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and functional specs.
  • Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of Salesforce releases.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide user training demo and support during go-live and post-deployment phases.
  • Maintain Salesforce best practices and ensure system scalability.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
  • Prior experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce configurations.
  • Experience with declarative tools: Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in configuring, managing, and maintaining marketing platforms like Marketo and Demandbase. 
  • Experience with marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, and lead scoring.
