Job Responsibilities & Duties
Sales Support:
- Serve as the main point of contact for our Sales team on all operational deal components
- Manage day-to-day quote administration and ensure deal structures and order forms comply with published sales and business approval policies
- Work as the primary liaison between multiple groups, such as Finance, Sales, Legal and Business Automation to help facilitate deal closure
- Proactively identify inconsistencies in deal structuring and coach Sales accordingly
- Manage and answer day to day inquiries from Sales team
- Cultivate internal relationships with all levels of the sales organization
Administration & Operations:
- Confirm accuracy of sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Ensure smooth execution of deals by verifying all executed documentation is correct and completed and working with Finance to facilitate a smooth billing process
- Conduct user acceptance testing within our different systems, most notably Salesforce, when new products or policies are rolled out
- Support the enablement team as needed on creating training documentation on new processes
- Deliver relevant training to new and existing sales people on order processes, legal agreements and overall deal closure best practices.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 5 + years in a Deal Desk or a similar role
- Only Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents need to apply.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Fluency in English
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly driven with exceptional attention to detail
- Critical thinker with experience identifying, analyzing and resolving inefficiencies
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a highly dynamic environment
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Experience in a similar high growth role in the Technology industry is preferred but not required.
