Vara Reddy, Principal Information Architect at Cymer, will present “Virtual Data Repository: Cymer’s Journey into Advanced Analytics.”
WHAT: Cymer supplies Deep Ultraviolet (DUV) and Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) light sources which enable a critical step in IC manufacturing used by chipmakers. In this presentation, Cymer will discuss their implementation of a Virtual Data Repository (VDR), also known as Smart Data Repository, to provide self-service capabilities for business users to analyze and blend different disjoint data sets including log data.
