TITLE: A Modern Data Architecture for Higher Education Institutions

TOPIC: At the core of digital transformation and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of operations, teaching, and learning is data. How can higher education institutions modernize their data architectures to support the changing needs?

In this session we will discuss growing trends in the higher education industry, such as Data Fabrics and Data Meshes and how they are being used to bridge the gap between IT infrastructure and the data consumers.

In this session you will learn how to:

  • Accelerate the delivery of data, in the appropriate format, to all data consumers.
  • Simplify the security and governance of your distributed data landscape.
  • Create an abstraction layer that isolates business applications from the technology infrastructure underneath, facilitating frictionless changes, such as adopting new technologies or migrating to the cloud.
